Is the Deposit Refundable?

No, the deposit is not refundable. However, if we receive another booking for your selected dates, we will refund the deposit in full. Please note this is not guaranteed.

Can I Cross the Border to Namibia and Botswana?

Yes, you can — but only if prior arrangements have been made and approved.

Am I Covered by Insurance?

Yes, you are fully covered with comprehensive insurance. In the event of an incident, the excess (access fee) is R6,900, payable immediately.

What Happens If the Vehicle Breaks Down?

Full roadside assistance is included with your rental within the borders of South Africa.

What happens if I return the vehicle early?

We don’t offer early-return refunds. If you choose to return the vehicle before your scheduled end date, the unused rental days are not refundable.

Round-the-clock roadside support across South Africa. Assistance in SADC countries is available on a best-effort basis.
